What a year this has been for Missions! Meals on Wheels, School Supplies for needy children, necessities for the homeless at The Lighthouse, Holiday Baskets for deserving families at Thanksgiving and Christmas, the Food Pantry, The Winter Shelter Program Week for the homeless, and added to our CALL TO SERVE LIST this year, preparing and serving Dinner at The Judeo Christian Outreach Ctr.!! As we grow into a LARGER BODY OF BELIEVERS, MAY WE GROW INTO A LARGER BODY OF DOERS! We’re in the business of reaching out in love!! Thank you, Lynnhaven, for all that you have done this year, and for all that you will do in the future!

Your recent donations of clothes, blankets and toiletries for the homeless at The Lighthouse were very much appreciated. Our friends there have asked that we include underwear and socks for men and women in our future deliveries.

One area of unfinished business is obtaining a Representative from LPC to the Virginia Beach Interfaith Advisory Board. It meets the 4th Thursday morning of each month. We truly need someone to listen to the needs of our citizens at risk here at our back doorstep and pass the information on, so we can help. PLEASE CONSIDER BEING OUR REPRESENTATIVE.

WAYS WE CAN HELP

Place coats, raincoats, jackets, blankets, socks, gloves, hats and sturdy shoes in the bins in the Activity Room, and they will be taken to the Lighthouse. Toiletries are always needed too.

December will be a busy month of traveling from church to church in various cities. Many are new contacts. Please pray for God to touch the hearts to become partners in this ministry and that I may reach 100% of my support through these speaking engagements.
