Stewardship

May - Jesus could heal the sick, make the blind see, the lame walk, preach endlessly, feed the multitudes, and He spent time on the cross to give all He had for you and me.  Think of the gift you use every day at your job (financial aptitude, organizational skills, selling skills, teaching skills, training skills, artistic skills, the list is endless!) - how much of that gift are you willing to use for God?  Think of your time.  How much do you spend watching TV... but I won't go there!  :-)  Everything we have is a gift from our Heavenly Father.  Even our very breath!  Our job is a gift.  Our health is a gift.  Our home is a gift.  Our talent is a gift.  In Matthew's parable of the talents, we see how those who used their talents were rewarded, and the one who did not use his talent lost it.  The more we give, the more we get.  You can not out-give God.  Stir up your talent so you will not miss your blessings!
